The software, wording, original photographs, and film on Property Manage It (propertymanageit2.org) are protected by copyright. You may use this site and app to post a job, book a time, and pay for a repair. You may not copy, republish, sell, or build another product from the app, its design, its photos, or its film without written permission.

Job posts, messages, and repair photos you upload stay yours. You allow Property Manage It to show them to the other person on that job, and to keep a copy in the password-locked work-records file until the account is deleted.

Sample jobs and sample names are examples. They are not real people or real streets.

Stripe and other company names belong to those companies. This notice does not say the name is a registered trademark, and it is not legal advice.
